We are Jeff & Faith Hill, dynamic husband and wife, full service real estate professionals in the Charlotte metro area. We met while working at a local trauma center – Jeff in the ER and Faith on the flight team.

 

For nearly 25 years combined, we have fought to keep people ALIVE during some of the worst experiences imaginable. Now, we have the pleasure of helping people LIVE the lives they’ve dreamt about and to care for them through the sometimes stressful, oftentimes nerve wracking but always exciting process of buying and selling real estate!

 

We are Realtors® licensed in both North and South Carolina allowing us to offer our services in a broader area. This proves beneficial especially in the greater Charlotte area as it allows us to serve a larger population of potential clients. We learned long ago that we are simply the guides, the directors of the show. Our clients are the stars! Our background and training in emergency medicine has given us an advantage in communication techniques, advocating for our clients best interests, critical thinking skills and extensive experience with making difficult decisions in stressful situations. On the surface, the skills acquired through helping people in the ER may not seem to be useful in real estate, however you may be surprised to see how they come into play. Like how similar learning about our clients wants and needs is to the triage process or how negotiating on behalf of our clients’ best interests is like advocating with physicians for a particular care plan. Given our background in life and death situations, we feel we have a unique skill set to offer our clients the support they need while making important LIFE decisions. Our ability to remain calm and composed in tense situations while ensuring our clients are as stress free as possible helps to move deals through the process with ease.

 

When working with us, you will benefit from our award winning training in both our previous careers and with Keller Williams. Both careers place significant emphasis on providing excellent customer service – that’s all we know how to do! Therefore, we have put together a fantastic team of individuals who handle the behind the scenes stuff for us so we can concentrate on our clients!!
